The Chile en Nogada divine, the tostada de Pata to die for, chicken tacos tasty and succulent, the breakfast huevos rancheros (my favourite breakfast) the best I've ever tasted. Be warned though that some dishes have their own recipe which may be different from what you expect (the chicharron in green salsa and the pierna adobada torta for eg). Try the guayaba and cookie atoles for dessert. Thank me later. It's defo worth a day trip from DF or Toluca to eat here..."
